Our Favorite Festive Flicks

I polled friends to find their must watch Holiday films, so you don’t have to!

Travel restrictions during this festive season got you down? Looking for a good holiday movie to watch while you snuggle up with your favorite nostalgic treats? Well look no further! I surveyed my friends and asked them to share their favorite must see holiday movies that they watch every year.

1. Love Actually

A modern Christmas classic with all the feels + a super fun rendition of All I Want for Christmas Is You. What more could one ask for?

2. Christmas With The Kranks

I was actually surprised by how many of my friends gave this one a shout out, but it really is just one of those feel-good kooky comedy films that’s guaranteed to bring the laughs.

3. Polar Express

The visuals alone are stunning. The story is endearing, and it’s good for the whole family. For best results: Enjoy with a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows!

4. Muppet’s Christmas Carol

The muppets take on a Christmas classic in this super giggle-inducing flick. I mean come on, the muppets can do no wrong in my book.

5. Home Alone 2

Who hasn’t fantasized about getting lost in New York City during Christmas as a kid? Imagine having the Big Apple as your playground!

6. Die Hard

There is so much debate over whether or not Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not. I say it totally is. Don’t @ me!

7. A Christmas Story

5 words: You’ll shoot your eye out.

8. Gremlins

Another controversial movie as far as being in the Christmas category is concerned, but not only is Gremlins a Christmas movie…it’s THE Christmas movie if you ask me! I personally watch this and Love Actually every year, multiple times.

9. A Diva’s Christmas Carol

Another take on this classic tale but with Vanessa Williams playing Ebony Scrooge. It’s the consistent servation of looks for me.
What are some of your favorite holiday movies? Let me know in the comments below, and Happy Holidays!

XOXO,

William
